There is an accessible route from the entrance to: the guest rooms, meeting rooms, business center, restaurant and exercise facilities.
There are visual alarms for hearing impaired in hallways and public areas, a braille elevator, and a level entrance into the building. Room doors are at least 32 inches wide, there are braille room numbers, lowered peep holes, lowered thermostat controls, and closed captioning on televisions. Heartwood welcomes service support animals.

Hoinville House and Lake House are split-level homes, containing stairs.
The Meadow House and Red Leaf House are single-level homes, making them accessible for those with disabilities.
