Vendor Fair and Craft Show 11am – 3 pm

Heartwood Resort – Registration/Conference Center Building (Eagle Lodge – Lower Level)

Registration and set-up starts at 9am. We request all vendors and crafters to be set-up and ready to go by 10:30am. The doors open at 11am. The show will close at 3pm. There will be food and beverages available to purchase in the craft/vendor fair area. The Vintage Snowmobile & Swap will be just outside on the promenade. This event includes Family Day at Heartwood where we are waiving our day pass fee to use the cross-country ski/ snowshoe trails. The sledding hill (always free for the public to use) will be open too. This should be a fun, family-friendly event! We look forward to seeing you on January 21, 2023.

Due to poor ice conditions, SNOW DRAG RACING has been cancelled.

Absolutely beautiful property, with excellent staff! Our family has been to a Friday Night Fish Fry, Easter Buffet & Mother’s Day Buffet, and every single meal has been exceptionally great! I can not rave enough about the quality and taste of the meals they provide. The staff is wonderful!

We stayed in a cottage for a week in early Sept. It was absolutely amazing! So peaceful. The cottage was well kept and the activities at the resort were perfect. We definately plan on a return trip!

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The place was beautiful. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be staying there again. Thank you Heartwood for a wonderful stay!!!!

We just got back and had an excellent stay. There are a lot of great activities and the place is very well maintained. Even though there was a wedding one night it never felt crowded. Social distancing was never a problem. I really wish they had the restaurant open For at least carry out. It’s 30 minutes to Spooner to eat. We will be back!

Stayed during the winter at the end of February, would love to see the area during fall or even spring. But with all the snow, access to this resort was done very well. The rooms were very clean. The lodges common areas were also very clean. The bar and restaurant had a good selection of food that was delicious. Mark was very helpful, and was willing to go out of his way to help and make sure my visit was great. Will definitely be a customer again.
